XXX ain't just a shitty action movie anymore!

Don't know if y'all have heard of this yet. It's a new domain suffix that would allow pervs like me to sign up for, oh, maybe bordfans.xxx or something. haha. I think it's a good idea, but only if the SLEW of porno on .com sites, .net sites, .org sites, (non-profit porn? I'm sure it's online somewhere!) or whatever is moved over to .xxx sites. But then, as the article points out, what happens when informational sex-ed sites, or sites having to do with abortion or other touchy issues are forced to move to .xxx and can therefore be blocked by parents mean enough to block porn from their kids? (In 1996, when we got our first computer, my parents had no clue how to block porn. Thanks Ma and Pa!) It's not like the .xxx sites will make porn any easier to find. I mean, just type in www.(insert any combination of pornographic words here).com and I'm sure you'll find some sassy entertainment. I'm a little worried at what you'll find at say, www.teletubbies.xxx - hmm... If the WORD exists, it WILL be a website. The Bush administration is against the new domain suffix, but then again, they think preaching abstinence is a good idea. But hey, with more porn available, maybe abstinence will be more doable. No pun intended. What are your thoughts, ring of friends?
